DesignProcess

How do you design innovative solutions without taking enormous risks?
Well defined Design Methodology and Processes.

Good design methods are an established set of strategies for working closely with stakeholders and users in order to consistently sustain and surpass delivery expectations. Projects are ensured success on all fronts when design processes are thoroughly clarified.

We diligently follow through our design processes in all our design engagements.

The Planning Phase

We define the Problem space through a quick diagnosis of the situation using a variety of problem solving techniques. We assess the reality of the situation through our:

  • Enterprise Value Models
  • As – Is Process Models
  • Exploratory Visualizations
  • Stakeholder and Customer Interviews
The scope of the solution will be derived to address the problem space that inhibits the business from being successful. In this phase we develop an in depth understanding of your business landscape and the target customers and the quantified value the solution should provide.

The Concept Phase

Design Concepts
Business Scenarios
Prototyping, User Interface
Early User Testing

Participants: Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager and Development Team

This is the phase where ideas are converted into concepts. Our engagement in this phase is as follows:

Rapidly build and/or modify simulations/wireframes during stakeholder review sessions to minimize iterations

Validate the user interface for each scenario step to confirm that the user is presented with sufficient details to make decisions and that the system captures sufficient details

Enrich the simulation, wireframes with dynamic behavior as necessary to validate ambiguous requirements

The Development Phase

Sign Off
Implementation
Documenting
Monitor

Participants: Stakeholder, Customer, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager and Development Team

Finally, concepts become product. We play roles in this phase are as follows:

Accurately communicate requirements and behavior to implementation teams to quickly design and begin development, and more accurately perform unit testing
.
Scope management – quickly review and validate scope changes and development trade-offs

The Deployment Phase

Maintenance,
User Testing,
Release Management
Software Training & Support

Participants: Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager and Development Team
